Who we are & roles
Scale IR ("we") provides analytics and lead-engagement services to business customers ("Clients"). For most lead data collected via Meta Lead Ads, the Client is the data controller and Scale IR acts as their processor. We also create de-identified and aggregated analytics to improve our services; for those datasets, Scale IR acts as an independent controller.
Data we collect
We receive information you submit in Meta Lead Ads forms (e.g., name, email, phone, company, job title, and any form questions), along with campaign metadata, interaction logs within our platform, and scoring/segmentation outputs.
How we use information
We process lead submissions for routing and follow-up, provide analytics and performance reporting, detect spam/abuse, operate and secure our platform, and build de-identified/aggregated insights to improve our models and services. We do not use your identifiable lead data to create profiles for third-party advertising.
Derived/aggregated intelligence
We may generate and retain de-identified and aggregated metrics about market engagement (e.g., response rates, patterns across industries). These analytics do not identify you and may be used to enhance our scoring systems and benchmarks. Clients maintain ownership of their own contact and relationship data.
Sharing
We disclose personal information to the Client that sponsored the form; to service providers (cloud hosting, email delivery, security, support); to authorities where required by law; and as directed by the Client. We do not sell personal information. If our use qualifies as 'sharing' or 'targeted advertising' under applicable laws, you can opt out via the opt-out link.
Retention
We keep identifiable lead data as instructed by the Client or for as long as necessary to provide our services, then delete or de-identify it. We may retain de-identified/aggregated analytics.
Your rights & deletion
Depending on your location, you may request access, deletion, correction, or opt out of certain processing. Because the Client is the controller, we will route requests to them as appropriate and assist in fulfilling them.
